Ms. Linda Bush, Partner

Since 1995, LINDA BUSH has served as a strategic partner to the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence specializing in the areas of Leadership, Team and Supervisory Development, Diversity Training, Coaching and Change Management. She offers Hogan clients a nearby ranch retreat venue for off-site meetings and trainings.

While at IBM for 13 years, Linda served in leadership positions managing 45 employees with $210 million in annual revenues and a $5.5 million annual expense budget. She co-led the start-up of an internal consulting and training facility to develop leaders and managers through the design and delivery of transformational leadership, team leadership, valuing diversity, change management and coaching interventions.

Linda holds a B.A. from Miami University, Oxford, OH and an M.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Linda is a Master Facilitator and Strategic Partner with BrainStyles™, and IBM TeamPac™. Her facilitation skills include Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology and Training Redesign™.
