Mr. Victor Sassone, Strategic Partner

VIC SASSONE is a Strategic Partner with the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence as well as Principal of the Northlake Consulting Group and Co-President of Spectrum Leadership, LLC, both Dallas-based consulting and training firms.

As a recognized Master Trainer and developer, Vic helps organizations meet their training needs in the areas of leadership and supervisory skills, customer satisfaction, team building and performance excellence assessment and application.

Prior to establishing the Spectrum Leadership and the Northlake Consulting Group, Vic spent twenty years in various managerial and technical positions in the IBM Corporation.

He has also served as a volunteer for the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE) on the Board of Examiners in 1993, 1994, and 1995, and on the organization's Board of Overseers as Examiner Training Team Leader from 1996 to 2005.
