Mr. Michael Poteet, Partner

MICHAEL POTEET has served the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence for over 11 years, first as an associate through a member company (TAC and CSI), then as a strategic partner. Michael specializes in audits, assessments, process definition and control.

For eight years, Michael worked as a supervisor for Texas Instruments as well as working as a supervisor, director and CEO for 10 years with various D/FW electronics manufacturers. His employment history provides practical experiences for developing and deploying the subject matter he teaches. He presently serves as Chairman of the Board for Peaceful Mountain Retreat Center.

Michael holds a BBA in Production/Operations Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a member of ASQ as well as a trained Lead Assessor (ISO). He is a trained examiner, observer and member of Board of Overseers for Quality Texas. His international practice in areas of expertise include: Hungary, UK, China, Mexico and the US. Michael is trained to conduct mediation in US Courts and is a published speaker in US/China conference on Leadership in Quality.
