Mr. Larry Anderson, Partner

LARRY ANDERSON has served as a strategic partner to the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence for three years. Larry specializes in Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Larry's experience comes primarily from his prior work with:

• American Excelsior, Vice President of Operations
• Beckett Corporation, Vice President of Operations and President of Industrial/OEM Division
• American Standard/Trane, Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control and Laboratory Operations
• General Electric Company in various engineering positions

Larry holds a BSME degree from Texas Tech University and has completed Engineering Management graduate work. He is an examiner for the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing and a Senior Examiner and Team Lead of the Texas Award for Performance Excellence.
