About Hogan Center

Warren Hogan, Founder, CEO Our Mission
The Hogan Center is dedicated to helping organizations, teams and individuals achieve performance excellence.

Our History
During June 1987, Warren Hogan and Raymond Marlow (Marlow Industries, 1991 Baldridge recipient) met to discuss the use of a consortium model to teach and train mid-sized companies (50-1,000 employees) in the application of Crosby and Juran-style methodologies for process improvement (later known as TQM - Total Quality Management). Warren Hogan had spent several years learning and applying these methodologies at Texas Instruments and AirBorn (see brief résumé below).

By October 1987, 12 Dallas/Fort Worth-based companies decided to come together as a group for teaching, training and support under the leadership of Warren Hogan. This became the first pilot group of the Hogan Center. A second pilot group would be formed nine months later. To date, 15 groups of companies have been trained using the Hogan Center's Process for Transformation model.

Over the years, several top facilitator/trainers have joined the Hogan team to provide some of the best business training available to companies today. One to three-day training classes (covering a variety of business disciplines) are offered at rates affordable to small and medium-sized companies allowing them to compete with larger companies who have substantial resources to devote to in-house training.

The Hogan Center is considered a leader in its training programs boasting memberships of six Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients and 10 Texas Award for Performance Excellence recipients.
